the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
Gender is a misconceived invention. Self ID
does nothing to address sex imbalance. For example, you could have
4 men, two
Of whom pretend to be women, meets the gender
balance requirement. It’s bollocks!
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
It’s a stupid idea. Sexist mysoginistic
and unacceptable. People should be prevented from calling
themselves a woman if they are a man, or vice versa. It’s
legalised lying!

All needs to be primary legislation otherwise
it avoids proper scrutiny
